At Northwest Cleaning LLC my goal is to provide dependable, high-quality cleaning while maintaining clear communication and expectations. These policies help ensure a positive experience for every client.
Scheduling
•24–48-hour notice preferred for cancellations or rescheduling.
•Arrival times may vary due to traffic or previous jobs.
•Recurring clients receive priority scheduling.
Payment
•Payment is due on the day of service.
•Accepted payment methods, Cash/Check/Venmo
•Late fee may apply for payments 2+ days late.
Home Access
•Client responsibility to provide access at scheduled time
•Keys, garage codes and entry instructions are kept secure
•Please notify me of any changes to access
Cleaning Expectations
•Initial cleans may require additional time and cost.
•Excessive clutter may affect cleaning results.
•Deep cleaning services are quoted separately.
Pets
•Friendly pets are welcome.
•For the safety of the cleaner any aggressive pets should be secured during service.
•Please inform us of any pets in the home.
Damage & Liability
•Any damage concerns must be reported within 24-48 hours.
•Pre-existing damage is not covered.
•NWC is Licensed and insured.

•Hoarding situations
•Exterior windows above reachable height
Before & After photos
•Photos are only taken with client permission.
•Personal items and identifying information are never shared.
•Photos may be used for marketing purposes.
